Terms & Conditions

• Offer is subject to availability from 1st November 2024 to 31st March 2025, excluding 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025 and 14th & 15th February 2025.

• Tables are not automatically reserved for guests booked on the Winter Package. Dinner must be booked at the time of the reservation. Dining times might be limited the nearer you are to the check in date therefore, to avoid disappointment when choosing your preferred dining time, please ensure you make your dinner reservation online at the time of booking the package – click here to reserve your table.

• A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled before 2:30pm, 7 days before your date of arrival. If, for whatever reason, the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, full amount of the booking will be charged. It is advisable that you should cover yourself with travel indemnity.
