Activity Cancellation Policy

As we use external suppliers, the cancellation terms will reflect that of the supplier and your chosen activity.  This will be stated at the time of booking and will be in your activity confirmation.  Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to ask.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to activities@eriska-hotel.co.uk.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for the scheduled activity and have not cancelled according to the terms outlined above, 100% of the total activity cost will be charged.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an activity must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the activity. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional charges.

Regarding any activities, guests acknowledge that where activities are provided by suppliers outwith Eriska Enterprises Ltd and outwith Isle of Eriska’s premises, the hotel has no control over the provision of those services.

We ‘Eriska Enterprises Ltd’ organise and book on guest’s behalf and are under the understanding that we are acting on guest’s behalf and facilitating the booking.  As most suppliers are external to Isle of Eriska, your contract is with the supplier direct and not with Isle of Eriska.  In the event of loss arising in connection with those services (including for the avoidance of doubt the non performance of these services) guests shall recover those losses from the supplier direct and not Isle of Eriska.

Please note a booking fee may be added to the cost of the service which will be included in the price provided.
