Activity Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 7 days: If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled activity, 50% of the total activity cost will be charged.

Cancellations within 48 hours: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity, 100% of the total activity cost will be charged.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to activities@eriska-hotel.co.uk.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for the scheduled activity and have not cancelled according to the terms outlined above, 100% of the total activity cost will be charged.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an activity must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled activity. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the activity. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional charges.
